I had a service last year for my veins that didn’t work. I first saw Dr. Evans where he spent about 3 minutes with me and took pics of my legs with his cell phone. Pictures I never saw again or heard about. He told me the total of the procedure would be around $400 and that’s all I would need to pay at time of service. I came back the next week for the service (not provided by Dr. Evans) and paid $395 in full. I then got a statement that I owed $129 for my “doctor visit”. I had terrible varicose veins, one very large bulging vein, and overall pain in my legs. Dr Pittman and staff were wonderful in treating them. My legs look and feel so much better. In addition, the office was very helpful in working with my insurance company to make sure that the procedures I had were covered. Highly recommend!
Poor results. I have had this done before where small spider vine go away pretty soon after Treatment. I did not see changes in any location that was worked on. I did a follow up appt to show concerns with no results and was told it takes longer and I would need to pay $300 more to have the NP work on them. I then received 2 separate co-pays for over $100.
