Dr. Lawrence Tsai is a good doctor and my husband really feels he has done a great job of explaining things but getting a hold of his nurse is beyond terrible. The staff never answers the phone, it is always an answering service that leaves messages but no one ever calls back. It is constant phone tag. I really hate having to find another doctor due to no call backs and waiting games from his PA or staff but nothing is done about it so we are now looking for a new Urologist. Unfortunate.

My treatment by Dr. Tsai: Urological; BPH-based HoLep evaluation, HoLep surgery, and follow-up, among other urological treatment. I am grateful to have found Dr. Tsai. His office is a solid medical practice. Dr. Tsai showed himself to be an experienced, skilled, no-nonsense, precision-based urologist and surgeon. He is straight-forward and solutions-oriented. Great doctor but office staff can’t get my prescription to the pharmacy. I’m going on 3 months without treatment and each time I call they say a manager will get to the bottom of it and they will call me back with a solution. Haven’t heard back once yet.
