My husband and I have been members for over a year and monthly patrons of this establishment. Recently we noticed unauthorized charges on our credit card statement from Lawrence Thai Massage. We assumed it was a mistake and a prompt refund would be issued when we notified the manager, as we are loyal customers. However, the opposite has occurred. Do not go here. Horrible customer service and they will fraudulently double charge your credit card for monthly membership fees. Attempted to speak with the owner and get a refund but they took no action and left me no choice but to contact the credit card company for the charges from two different entities, Lawrence Thai and Queen Thai
I went in for a massage last minute today. I was happy they were very accommodating. I went in for 30 minutes and it was the most expensive massage I had received for 30 minutes. I thought it was a good treatment but I’ve been in severe pain since. I was treated by “Mook” but the receipt says “HuiJing Li” and the registration number is for someone located in Ottawa and so I am unable to submit my claim to my insurance company.
