Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The centre’s opening time is 10:30 a.m., and I had booked a 10:30 a.m. appointment for my mother. We arrived on time, but although the doors were open, nobody was available to assist us. We waited until 11:00 a.m. and still could not get proper assistance. I had showered before coming for my massage, so I was completely clean. However, at the end of the massage, the towels used to wipe off the massage oil had a damp, musty smell. As a result, my whole body ended up smelling musty, which was very unpleasant and really ruined my experience. I hope more attention is paid to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels in the future.

Had a hot stone massage with Sandy and it was great. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I mentioned that I had a shoulder ache, and she paid extra attention to that area. My shoulder feels so much better now. The massage was super relaxing and I left feeling refreshed. She even offered me a hair tie, which was really thoughtful. 🥺 I’d definitely come back :)
