Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The centre’s opening time is 10:30 a.m., and I had booked a 10:30 a.m. appointment for my mother. We arrived on time, but although the doors were open, nobody was available to assist us. We waited until 11:00 a.m. and still could not get proper assistance. I tried calling several times, but nobody answered the phone. I had showered before coming for my massage, so I was completely clean. However, at the end of the massage, the towels used to wipe off the massage oil had a damp, musty smell. As a result, my whole body ended up smelling musty, which was very unpleasant and really ruined my experience. I hope more attention is paid to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels in the future.
