The actual surgery was great, the doctor was wonderful and the hospital staff were excellent. However, the POST - OP experience is way below par. You call to get an appointment, speak to a machine...always. Never a human. They do not call back, if they do it is likely many days later or even a week. Often they forget to call you at all to schedule an appointment that your post-op doc recommends and says, "the scheduling department will contact you." They never do. Absolutely will not return phone calls or even pick up the phone.
Called Tuesday, left a VM that was then forwarded to pain management for whatever reason, called Wednesday 5 times; leaving a VM, tried calling again today and nothing…the lack of communication is actually insane for the ONLY spine care center in town. Do better LMH!
