Have found LRES good to work with over the years. The staff has worked hard on any of our HOA issues and given good advice when needed.
Unethical, shady, and incompetent. They are an absolute nightmare to work with as a homeowner, to the point that we are selling our beloved home simply to not give another cent to this company or ever have to work with their staff again. I would not trust them with your money or property— it’s been a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on any of the nice people of Southport.
Never a good experience here. Same old same old. Pawning the ownership on someone else. Poor property management in my eyes! No help since my home floored in Florence. Years later now, I have had even more of a negative experience with this company. I have been the President of an HOA for awhile, under their management. Just recently resigned. I want nothing to do with this company. Ethics is everything to me.
