Dr. Baum is the best and I strongly recommend him.
Excellent doctor, he listens, he talks to you with respect and explains in detail making sure you understand. He is very thorough. He gives you plenty of time, making sure you are completely satisfied and he takes care of your problems. His nurses are also very attentive and the ladies that answer his phones always go beyond their duties.
Dr Baum is one of the most dedicated MD"s that I had the pleasuring of being taking care for my Prostate cancer..He explained my options for treatment. He was 100 honest on the good and possible Bad thing that could happen. If you want to deal with a SUPER DOCTOR AND A REAL HUMAN BEING, Dr Baum is the BEST
Dr. Baum is my boyfriend's doctor. He removed his kidney about five years ago. Yhey have a wonderful relationship. He takes time a listen and is very attentive. He is a good doctor. That was a difficult decison, but Dr. Baum was very comforting since family was not very supportive in this decision. Very personable doctor. We love him.

When calling his office, receptionist never transfer call to Dr's nurse or secretary but will leave a message to call back. They never call back until the end of the day. It is frustrating. My pharmacy have fax their office a refill request for my prescription 4 days ago and still waiting for their approval. It just took a long time and I am still waiting. This is the only downfall I experience I have with Dr. Baum's office. Otherwise he is very good.
Dr. Baum is very professional, but easy to talk to about any issue affecting my health. He listens intently and ensures your treatment plan is explained and maintained.
Dr.Baum listened to my problem and was there for me every step of my procedure and beyond. I highly recommend Dr.Baum. I recently moved my NY and had other doctors but he is the best.
