I waited an hour in the waiting room and asked the front desk twice for updates. After being moved inside, I waited another 30 minutes before asking the nurse station about removing my stent. The NP coldly told me there were no rooms available and I had to wait longer. He is very precise & detailed in explaining lab results and procedures. And explains future plans of testing and procedures to help stay on top of my health issues.
Check in was a breeze. Waiting to be called was only 2 minutes. Vitals were checked and within a few minutes the doctor came in. Discussed options to address my problem and 15 minutes I was gone. Dr Baum was easy to talk with and eager to help.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The doctor truly listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and grateful for the time and attention given to me. Highly recommend!
Dr. Baum cancelled on my appointments twice, the most recent being 5 minutes before my appointment as I had taken off work and drove 30 minutes to his location. Do not book an appointment with this guy.
Dr is very thorough polite gentle and kind I love my doctor.
Dr. Baum is an excellent surgeon. I’ve had three procedures with him. All very successful with no complications. In addition, he has an A-Plus personality. Always smiling and putting you at ease from the first encounter. I have to add that his NP, Brandi is outstanding and I like her just as much as Dr Baum.
He , listens to my concerns very carefully and thoughtfully, and answered all my concerns and diagnosed appropriate medicines
