If 0 stars possible, that would be the rating. The policies and processes make it so difficult to get actual care. It is stressful enough having a neurological condition, why is it so hard to get help where I live?
I have tried to make an appointment with Dr. Kumar for 3 weeks. I have called at all hours of the day and left 3 different messages asking for a return call to schedule an appointment. No one EVER answers the phone or calls back. I have seen Dr. Kumar and he was very helpful and kind. However, if patients can’t get an appointment with him, it doesn’t really matter how great he is. Very disappointing.
I'm pissed. Dr Clark left the area several months ago. I got a letter telling me this. The only response I get from them is that they are trying to find another Neurologist. There have been no updates or recommendations about how to proceed. Even if there are doctors in other offices, I usually see the PA.
I've been waiting months... Maybe 5+ months to get my prescription refilled. I've called numerous times, my pharmacy sent in a refill request, nothing. The front desk can't help me, they transfer me to a phone that no one ever picks up where I leave the same message every time. I understand they are overwhelmed, but I just need my prescription filled. Hopefully someone reads this review so I can get some help.
