I just had my first experience with this office when I went with my mom for her appointment. We discussed that I would need to apply for FMLA to help her with appointments in the future and the doctor agreed and said he would complete the paperwork. I contacted the office once I received my paperwork, which is due 11/7, and they told me I need to make an appointment and they have nothing available before my paperwork due date. Editing because before I made this review, I had already let them know how ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE THIS EXCUSE OF ANY TYPE OF HEALTHCARE IS!!!! The best way you can improve is by shutting down and stop letting people think they may get ANY type of actual or PROFESSIONAL care here and let people go somewhere where they can get correct care, where they actually have a chance at what healthcare is supposed to be. If 0 stars possible, that would be the rating. The policies and processes make it so difficult to get actual care. It is stressful enough having a neurological condition, why is it so hard to get help where I live?
I have tried to make an appointment with Dr. Kumar for 3 weeks. I have called at all hours of the day and left 3 different messages asking for a return call to schedule an appointment. No one EVER answers the phone or calls back. I have seen Dr. Kumar and he was very helpful and kind. However, if patients can’t get an appointment with him, it doesn’t really matter how great he is. Very disappointing.
