They got me to see physician day of, short wait time, and dr Marcellino explained everything well and answered all of my questions. Very pleased with my care.
I do not recommend. Similar experience to others, he does not listen to his patients, express any care, nor does any follow up. If a person is getting blood work, it would make sense to give them the results results asap. His office instead doesn’t communicate at all and you have to call them. Then when you have an in-person appointment, he barges in as if he has something better to do, rushing, and being sporadic.
My parents have been going to Dr. Marcellino for years. They are older and their bodies are just not the same. Each and every time they go he does not listen, he absolutely does not care, and he rushes them out of there like he has something better to do. He makes them feel unheard and frankly like they are dumb and have no idea what they are doing. It is time for my parents to get another provider. Awful guy!!
Overall great experience, I don’t have to wait around to be seen they’re usually pretty quick about getting their patients in.
Dr Marcellino like other reviews I have read, was dismissive and I felt like he didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. He seemed to not care and I would say he was almost rude, like I was wasting his time. Doesn’t seem to care about helping people. Voiced my concerns and didn’t seem to care. Pretty dissapointed in my overall experience with him and LMH health. I will try one more provider here before I leave LMH health for good.
