The nurses were very carrying towards my issues. The next day my daughter was very sick again the emergency room staffs were very helpful to my children and my husband. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for giving them spiritual hands to care for my family and I.

It's 2 in the afternoon and not a single Dr. has stopped in. Yale hasn't been felt here yet. If it had my husband wouldn't still be waiting to get his meal order changed by the doctors. I know Yale and that's not how they work. Do better L&M staff!

I discharged myself from the hospital today from the CCU because the nurse went against Dr's orders. The Dr prescribed me a medication and the nurse refused to give me it. Then proceeded to treat me like a drug addict and told me to get off my medications I take to control my chronic illness and that I should get the medical marijuana card that I can't afford.

some issues with the new medical building scheduling and phone service. very difficult to get through to proper dept. or to be able to speak with a person when you call back. had an appt. got one hr. notice they were cancelling and offered me a reschedule date and time. tried calling them back, got answering machine so left message TWO times saying I could not make the time they were offering then get a call today from them confirming my appt. when I didn't EVER make it. called back somehow got put into cardiology but she to... read more
