Tried to get my wife care with an almost empty ED when she was having high blood loss after losing a blood clot from childbirth a few weeks ago. Not only did they bring multiple other people in who had just arrived before us but we also had to wait over 15 minutes WHILE BLOOD IS FLOWING. Call the fire department for a better triage than the person at the front desk.
Unfortunately while working under my car, I managed to get a small piece of metal in my eye. I visited prompt care but they were unable to remove it and said I should go to the Emergency Ward. I have to say, I had a very positive experience. It wasn't very crowded, l was checked in quickly. I was only sitting a few minutes before I was called to go in to be looked at. Always slow as can be, and have missed injuries
I really appreciate that they were very professional and knowledgeable. I needed antibiotics and help prior to a outpatient procedure that I needed to do at another facility, but I don't think I could have gotten better care! Thank you!
