Great doctors here but terrible phone practices. Most of the times when I attempt to call and make an appointment no one ever picks up the phone.I was recently hospitalized in the ER and when I was discharged I was told to follow up with my PCP.I tried calling them numerous times and no one picked up the phone.I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service.This isn’t the first time this is happened.A few months back I tried making an appointment and could not reach the Mount Vernon office so I called the main line o... read more
Ive been coming here for a little over 2 years. The staff is fine but my biggest complaint is that at this point it feels useless to make an appointment as each time I come on time they always run more than 45 minutes late, It is so incovinient.
