It was such a pleasant experience working with Scott Hallman. He was very professional throughout our shopping and purchase of our Lexus.

Today I took my car in to see what was wrong with my car, I was greeted by Tara Hollowell the Assistant Service Manager. She always has a great attitude, courteous, and gives service with a smile. This is the kind of customer service that I like to receive from Lexus and she delivers every time, she should be commended. She took down all the information, gave me a loaner car and called me when it was done as always. I have had my Lexus for a number of years and it still rides like new.
Kevin is a great salesman. He keeps in touch with you and he follows up well. I purchased my last 2 vehicles from him and everything ran smoothly, he understands what customer service is all about. Delivery promises are kept and Kevin makes the entire car buying experience enjoyable (which is unusual when buying a car). The service department has always been good to me and it's easy to make an appointment, get a loaner car, have your service done and pick up your car as promised. So far I have been lucky in this area too.
The buying experience at Lawrence Lexus was consistent with my expectations when buying a luxury vehicle from an outstanding dealer. All parties we dealt with during the process were extremely helpful and attentive.

I've bought three cars from Lawrence Lexus over the past fifteen years and each time has been a great experience. I'm sadly only in the pre-owned market, but the salesmen were always courteous and took care of me no matter how clueless my car buying knowledge was. The dealership is clean and has a comfortable, well stocked with snacks, lounge where I didn't mind waiting from time to time.
I was looking to replace my existing SUV and was shopping for a new SUV. Called this dealership and spoke to Steve who was extremely pleasant and took time with me on the phone. Went 2 days later to view their inventory and we focused the entire time on the available inventory. Steve was able to sell me the SUV I wanted at a great price and kept the process simple and straightforward. What a great asset to the sales team he truly is and I have a great new RX 350, Thank you.
