Scott was an excellent sales man. We went into the dealership knowing the car we wanted and the price we wanted to spend. He was able to make it happen for us and we know it wasn't easy. He did not pressure us into buying and worked with us to get the best price possible. He was patient with us and not pushy. He clearly thinks highly of the Lexus brand of cars and his love of them came through while he was trying to assist us. We would absolutely use him again in the future!

The whole experience was very smooth. When we saw the CT200h, we both, wife and I, fell in love with the looks of the car. We had looked and drove a Prius a few days earlier and liked the car but we weren't sure about it's looks. The CT200 is so much better looking than the Prius, in our opinion, and offers the same drive train basically and similar fuel economy which is what we really wanted. It is also more friendly to the environment.

Always courteous – I have bought three cars from Lawrence Lexus over the past fifteen years and each time has been a great experience. I'm sadly only in the pre-owned market, but the salesmen were always courteous and took care of me no matter how clueless my car buying knowledge was. The dealership is clean and has a comfortable, well stocked with snacks, lounge where I didn't mind waiting from time to time.
