Terrible garage security. A homeless guy walked right in and smashed the windows of a few cars and stole from the tenants The building management obviously can't do anything. Wouldn't recommend living here
One of their drivers just nearly rammed me off the road. Absolutely no remorse or recourse. They just drove off.
30 Gilder needs better management.. Started off ok but it's gotten worse. You have homeless people sleeping in the stair case which is a fire hazard right there. They don't have wheelchair accessibility on the doors. The basement reeks like rotten eggs for like a month. But they're never late on asking for rent increases.. smh
