This morning Glenn from Lawrence Heating and Air was in line getting his daily breakfast sandwich and coffee when he heard me talking that our walk-in refrigerator had frozen coils, losing temp and that my refrigeration guy couldn't work on it until it was defrosted. He came over and said “I don’t do refrigeration but, I know coils I’ll check it out.” Before you know, there is a puddle of water on the floor cause he’s melting ice and cleaning the coils! The owners and the team were all very communicative throughout the process and great to work with. Work was done cleanly and my home was left in great shape afterwards.
