Normally, appointment times are not on time but fairly thorough and competent service. You'll get the appropriate tests done in a timely manner. The reception staff must be overwhelmed, overworked, or be in a chronic state of unhappiness because they always seem stressed. Good local health center for general health and maintenance concerns.
