Had a great experience getting our MKX. Chad was terrific as well as the gentleman in volkswagon finance that did our paperwork "sorry his name escapes me at the moment". can't comment on service as we have not used that yet.

Will never reccommend them to anyone. We bought my daughters first car from here using money she had gotten when her dad died. It is a big LEMON. She only got to drive it about 10 times. From what the mechanics are telling me the issues we have had fixed and those that need fixing are all ones they would have known about before they sold it to us.

Just wasted an hour here trying to get the key code on the door of my Lincoln programmed. Had to leave because it was taking to long because their software was having trouble downloading. Not impressed! This is why I bought my Lincoln in Dallas to begin with.

Salesman and customer service are great at what they are doing
I bought a Jeep Wrangler from their used car lot. Our sales rep, Adam, was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked many questions. There was no pressure and they made the financing very easy. It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
Beware of this dealership. They are only excellent in selling cars but their after-sale service is WORST than I could ever imagine. People in Service Department are rude, dont know how to deal with customer properly, dont know how to handle complaints especially the Service Manager. He really needs Customer Satisfaction Training. Better not to have transaction with them or you’ll be sorry for yourself. I used to refer friend to them, but NEVER again!
