I was referred to this office for wisdom tooth removal and had a deeply disappointing experience. During my consultation, I provided my insurance information and specifically asked the staff to obtain a pre-authorization from my insurer outlining all costs before I agreed to schedule. I was told my out-of-pocket cost would be $250, so I proceeded based on that assurance. After the surgery was completed, I unexpectedly received an additional bill for about $300. Rude no chair side manners I had paid for Nitro oxide and didn’t even use it. It was refunded on my account. Dr had no compassion was rude. I don’t recommend him to anybody. Thank you.
This office asked me to call and schedule treatment directly instead of through my doctor's referral coordinator. I called and the person who answered didn't ask my name or for any of my info, just seeing anyone for the rest of the year. They were uninterested in getting any further info, like the names of people involved in prior interactions and it was obvious they were not interested in my business.
I had three wisdom teeth removed from here and an additional one on the roof of my mouth. They told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I was only operated on for 30 minutes even though I had severely impacted teeth. I am 12 days out now as of this review and I am still not fully recovered. I'm still swollen. My teeth still hurt a lot and my gums are in a lot of pain. I had an appointment today with one of the assistants. I didn't actually get to see the doctor. I had a completely impacted wisdom tooth that required part of my jaw bone being removed. Dr Falender and his team had me in and out within 20 minutes. Minimal pain. I was at the gym 2 days later. He even called personally to check in.
