Excellent Dr. Professional, well versed in his in field, courteous, explains your medical problem in language you can understand. Spends the needed amount of time with patients, makes you feel comfortable as soon as he enters the room.
From the first encounter on the phone scheduling my appointment, to my experience at the office to my diagnosis, treatment and followup; Dr Gordon, Kate (PA-C), Jessica and Victoria could not have been kinder or more compassionate. They are a very professional practice that understands the needs of the patient, and their family.
Dr. Gordon was very friendly, helpful, and thorough during my visit. I would recommend him to other "sinus-sufferers." Also, Victoria, his front desk employee, is very kind and made my visit a pleasant one.

Dr Gordon was professional, reliable and extremely compassionate. He operated on my husband, son in law and myself. We all think he is an excellent doctor. Most importantly he fixed our nasal issues and we are all very happy to be able to breathe easily. We all had individual issues specifically I had the balloon procedure and it was less invasive then my husbands operation for similar issues.
I been waiting to hear back from them for 5+ years. I had asked them about balloon treatment for my sons nasal polyps and only got the answer that they were waiting to hear back about a certain piece of equipment the insurance company may not cover to which the nurse was aggravated that I ask. Needless to say I am still waiting 5 years later. So much for the electronic record which seems to have missed the crucial follow up. WE won't be back and wont recommend. n
Dr. Gordon's office is efficiently run, and the staff are very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and caring. Always a short waiting time to see the Doctor. Dr. Gordon explains things clearly and thoroughly, and answers all your concerns in a passionate manner. He never "rushes you" out of the office like some other medical facilities do. Dr. Gordon has been my ENT doctor since 2000 - I have complete confidence in his experience and wisdom to provide me with the proper treatment I need.
I found out that he is NOT a humble man and that makes all the difference to us.He advertised 2 yrs ago as an "Expert in hyperparathyroidism" and I went to him and he Misdiagnosed me saying that I didnt have the disease and therefore he will not do surgery to remove the adenomas. Well,I had to go to the real "Experts"the Norman clinic in Fla.and they removed 2 large glands that Dr.Gordon said I didnt have. And he keeps sending me a bill for copay of 35.00-after over one year of seeing him.BAD.
My experience with Dr. Gordon is always amazing. He is such a kind and caring person. He will also spend a few extra minutes with you just to catch up. I refer Dr. Gordon to anyone that is in need of an ENT. He has the most amazing bedside manner.
