They called me to tell me they were cancelling my appointment due to the doctor out of clinic (November appt) Called 4 times in total to reschedule, they never got back to me. Went in physically to the office to schedule and can’t get me in UNTIL JUNE.
Not the greatest facility and physicians on board. Have been overall displeased with their staff and physicians due to inability to effectively respond back to phone calls and messages within a timely manner. Had to wait several weeks for labs to be resulted, communication is very limited to nothing at all. Would not recommend this facility for endocrinology services.
