Dr. Weiss was very focused and professional and demonstrated excellent communication and listening skills. Very polite. Felt comfortable that I had selected a deeply knowledgeable care giver.
Professional, informative, friendly.
I like the fact that Dr. Weiss takes the time and listens to what I have to say about the issues that I am having. He also gives me options and let me select what I want to do. I'm very appreciative of his patience and that he wants to help.
Things went really good. Seemed a little rushed as he was running behind but he answered all my questions and explained every thing i needed perfectly
explains in detail any concerns, puts your mind at ease, is personable and thorough
Dr. L. Weiss really took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and addressed them all.
I truly appreciated that Dr. Weiss took the time to explain my options with my trigger thumb and allowed me to make the decision on how to proceed. He explained the pros and cons and the possibility of surgery in the future, which I appreciated, so I know what could be coming. He explained the surgery and the recovery time. I never felt rushed, and I left there with a full understanding of what may or may not happen. Now only time will tell.
In my visit with Dr. Weiss he explained the damage to my hand and what my options were. He explained the recovery process and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed or that he was ready to move on while I still had questions. Before the surgery, he went over everything he told me in the office. After the surgery he explained what was performed during the surgery.
I was well informed about treatment options for an arthritic wrist on left hand and a trigger finger on right hand. It was left to me to choose a treatment. Dr. Weiss was b both professional and pleasant as he shared information.
