This occurred 2 years ago! After being a patient for many years and not needing therapy for about a year or so, I called to get an appointment as I was in a crisis and I was turned away by Terry RN and office manager. This is by far no reflection on Dr Adler as he is a great Psychiatrist and cares about his patients. Having been turned away by Terry and not consulting with Dr Adler first put me into a mental health tailspin.
Dr. Adler office manager is not compassionate nor care about patients. Disappointing she would turn away a patient who is grasping for help after being a patient of Dr. Adler for many years! Calius and sad. Terry Seymoor
