I would like to thank the Fire and Medical Department for their help last week with my SUV that caught fire. In particular a man named Travis H., he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, concerns, insurance, and anything else that I could think of. He was very polite, courteous, and professional.
I wan't to thank everyone from the ambulance crew to billing department. My experience with you was absolutely the best, all the way through. Had they not arrived exactly when they did, my child would have died for sure. Due to the nature of the accident, personal items were strewn and lost. The business office went the extra mile trying to help me puzzle out where everything would have ended up.
