RecommendedMy husband had called a couple of other places and no one returned his call. We had someone recommend Lawrence Doors and we are so happy that they did. Kevin came out to our house right away. We thought we had a broken spring, but he said no. He did replace a couple of rollers and did a basic maintenance on it. The door works & sounds like new! Lawrence Doors will be our first call from now on!
I had them repair my commercial door. They came out quickly and made necessary repairs for a very reasonable price. very happy with the service.
They have always been quick to see to my needs and they are reasonably priced. 5 stars!
Customer service is absolutely horrible. Have tried to get them to come adjust the three doors we had them put in so we don’t get snow drifts in our shed but can’t not get them to come out. The trim on the outside of the doors was installed incorrectly also so now i am going to have to pay someone else to come fix everything since they won’t back there product. Customer service is terrible. We have tried to get them to return calls, texts & come out since April of this year. When it rains & snows it comes through the doors. They need adjustments & only been up for a year.
Had a complete door replacement done. They were fast, efficient and friendly to work with. After calling and leaving messages that weren’t returned, it was nice that we called Lawrence Doors from a referral and they answered the phone! No need to leave a message. Got to talk to a person! Would highly recommend!
Helped me work through an issue with garage door not going up with cold weather. He wanted to talk me through a few things to see if he could save me a service call. Able to fix issue with him on phone costing me only the phone call! Will recommend them to all I know!
Great service! Called Friday afternoon with a broken spring, they came out within 2 hours and put a clamp on it so we could use the door over the weekend then they were back on Monday to replace springs/drums. 5 stars
