He makes the seeing blind My teen daughter and both made appointments to see Dr. Chan in December 2003. It was the worst experience I've ever had with an optometrist! He "examined" both of us in less than 5 minutes. Both of us have medical histories that require more extensive examines by a prudent optometrist. He "prescribed" lenses and, since we picked our frames before hand we were on our way. When we returned to pick up our glasses that were paid for 100% by insurance, the clerk handed them to us and said "you're done". ... read more
