Went there for an oil change and was told it would be $49.99 - got the bill and it was $75 for all these additional fees and miscellaneous parts. Completely dishonest - will not be going back
Gotta love how they make you wait 2 hours for a full detail on a “slow day” and refuse to turn the Air Conditioning on in the waiting area. Lol Whoever runs this place must have forgotten we live in Arizona. Definitely making sure to go somewhere else next time. Edit: the detailing job looks nice, but the AC unit needs to be on in the waiting room...

I hosted a car wash for 30 of my best clients and networking partners here today. The entire staff from the car wash line to the cashier to the owners was excellent. Our cars look beautiful!!
Worst customer service and management ever!! When I pulled up there was one other car in the queue, and I was there for 45 minutes for a “quick clean” wash. After going through the wash my car was sitting there for half an hour untouched. Other cars kept pulling up behind mine and they did those first. Once they finally started on mine, the guy was super slow. The owner and/or manager at this place needs to get it together.
Absolute worst customer service and worst experience! I took my brand new 2018 car in after a road trip and they left my car with finger prints everywhere and scratched my window tint on my driver side. My car is brand brand new! No scratches anywhere and when I got into my car it had a weird mildew oil smell and when I called the “manager” was extremely rude and called me “ma’am” and pretty much said he knows how his workers work and pretty much I was wrong.
