Dale Lawrence is a compassionate administrator that mixes complete competence in property management with an unique ability to understand a renters situation and solve problems quickly. As a renter I had a refrigerator go out in a heat wave and when Dale knew I was a diabetic with insulin in there he had a new refrigerator in the house within hours and gave me suggestions on how to save insulin in meantime. I would highly recommend Dale as a property manager. He’s the real deal.

A great experience overall. Dale and his associates have been transparent every step of the way. Responsive, trustworthy, and understanding, which are hard to find in the real estate industry.
I wouldn't trust them very shady group when it comes to rentals.

Their ability to bridge the gap between owner and renter made for the ideal renting process. I appreciate all of their efforts and genuine care for those that they work with. They have become my favorite property management by far.
