I have been seeing Dr. Kropp for several years for pain management following two lumbar surgeries seven years ago. I am now 72 years old and still lead a very active lifestyle taking care of horses, building stuff, numerous remodeling projects around our home, hauling hay, snow removal, etc . . . I’ve been seeing Dr. Kropp for years and have always had great results. He really takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about how you’re doing. His bedside manner is excellent, and his staff is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional. What I appreciate most is that he focuses on alternative treatments instead of just prescribing pain meds. That approach is exactly why I keep going back.
Dr. Kropp and his staff are the most amazing people. They all care and are genuine and kind in their treatment. Dr. Kropp always takes the time to listen, answer questions and expresses empathy and concern for the situation.
Fantastic doctor: knowledgable, empathetic, and caring. Also, just a really nice human : ).
