They set you up with a third party group and call them pros. They are anything but pros. The first group showed up and left before they did anything. Second group didn't show and third group didn't show. Customer service was not helpful at all after each time I called. The pros had good reviews on the site, but wouldn't let me leave a review as they didn't end up doing service. If LawnStarter had employees doing the work and they didn't show they would probably get fired so it shouldn't be any different for these third party... read more
