Their site states they have one-time services but when they call to schedule, they run through the entire call as if that’s acceptable. Then they say they have 3-service minimum. What a waste of time.
Welcome to my nightmare. Before I knew what I was doing, I needed to enter a CC number to get someone to call and answer my questions. That was a BIG mistake. I never got a call. It's taken me a month to get rid of them. 1. They are based in Texas not local. 2. They will send people over to your house to mow your lawn week after week after week and even if you say no, you will be charged for it. 3. Why? They only care about their money. They didn’t mention the policy at the first place and they charged me extra unnecessary money. Zero recommended company.
Horrible service was going to be a first time customer but they canceled on 3 times in 1 week with no reasons at all. Avoid this terrible company and their horrible customer service. The person I talked to on the phone didn't care one bit that I was a first time customer and dint care about our business. I will gladly take it elsewhere
Just had to shut down my credit card and report this company for fraud. This company is super shady! Canceled contract 2 years ago because of poor performance and horrible scheduling. Surprise charge on my credit card today!! The local company doesn’t have a clue. I called Corporate - the response was ridiculous. According to them the gnomes do all their work… Do not allow access to them for online billing.
