I had 3 missed appointments by "pros" and when I contact support all they say is pros have until sundown to complete your service. Which isnt really helpful when they are already 4 days late and dont respond to messages. Don't even try it.
Very happy with LawnStarter Lawn Care Services. The app is easy to use and I like the idea of choosing the service you need and want or those that you don’t. Always on time and communicate through Text which, for me, is very convenient. Highly recommended

Love LawnStarter! Really the best app to find local pros.
I believe LawnStarter is engaging in widespread fraud, breach of contract, wage theft, and other illegal business practices. I have screenshots of their own Tier 2 supervisors admitting their system logs metrics incorrectly and fails to pay out automated trip fees. When I reported these issues, a Tier 3 supervisor retaliated by suspending my account instead of addressing the problems—classic whistleblower retaliation.
