Multiple times I have gotten notifications that “James” has finished my lawn when they never came out. Verifiable- I have Ring cameras yet they never miss pulling from my account. Beware.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They charged me $98 for services NEVER COMPLETED. The crew never showed up (pretty obvious when a lawn has or has not been mowed). Tried contacting them and they said nothing they could do. Never experienced customer service like this. Will be reporting them.
