Some of the worst experiences EVER!!! -\-\ We sent our tractor to these people in late June because the blades wouldn't engage. 5 weeks later - after NUMEROUS calls inquiring about our mower - we are told that it was fixed - remind you that we never got an estimate for the cost of getting the blades to engage - and that it needed a carburetor, new battery (even though we had just replaced that at the end of the season last year) and new blades -\-\ over $400 plus labor.
