RecommendedYes and no..I have lived a quiet 10 years here .only one complaint...a single guy playing his music loud at 2 in the morning..I get up for work at 5am....I do like all the updates and realize it's money making business now....the new homes they are adding are nice I did have a vacant lot next door so of course we,kept the side cut clean and fertilized.Now since our carport is not enclosed the new neighbors have a dog they let out and poop all over so that's what I see,when I look out from my window....the piles are still the... read more
Resume security. Replace burned out street lights. Fix lights at entrances. Enforce park rules. Evict problem families . Call police on teens going thru car parts and cars.
Highly do not recommend , a lot of drunks acting out in the park and the management and security staff have vandalized my property but because they are in charge no one wants to do or say anything to fix it
My husband an 1 year old son recently moved into this community an so far we are inlove... it's so quiet an clean.. the people around are always so nice an welcoming even if they don't know you .. it's clean an safe place for the kiddos to play an enjoy the last days of summer or fall.. we have a year round heated pool , playground, golf course an much more.. if your looking to move come check out this place it is awesome you will love it just s much as we do..
