Joe is extremely nice and will do whatever it takes to help you find your perfect place to stay for you and your family! In fact everyone who works in the office are all wonderful people! The neighborhood is great and there’s a lot of amenities for you to enjoy! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied! We are really excited for our future here! They come knocking on your door for 7.00 in lot rent. They weren’t professional and did not give a written notice for the over site. In fact the office person who came to my door was an outright witch.

Place is a joke..people in office pocketing peoples rent..nothing up 2 code..no security n allowing pedophiles n sex offenders 2 live in community..stuff being stolen n vandalized..security office was sold as a home lol..such a dump
I’ve lived here for two years and they never have their priorities in the right place. I have gotten complaints on petty things like having my dog outside on his tethered leash to soak up some sun, yet I have been left without answers or retuned calls about thieves stealing my bike from my home. They raised the rent and simultaneously took our nighttime gate guards away. Very unprofessional and rude.

It has gone way down hill since the Original owner & family owned it & the previous owner.This park use to be highly spoken & recommended in the Two. Now I would never. seeing alot of all the benefit are taken away & new rules that are not followed up on or enforced thank you
I do like the area we are in, but we paid cash for what we have and the salesperson really didn't check out the place very well!!! She stated that all appliances stayed and in working order and we had to replace the stove and fridge, and we are having issues with the furnace. We now have cats living under the trailer and it smells very bad!!! we get flooded very easy and the former owner left stuff outside that you could was left there for awhile and we had to take care of their stuff!! that should have been taken care befor... read more
they have rules but they don't have anyone to enforce them, so people do as they please. it. is a shame because this place was a safe place but.......
