we moved in to Lawn Courte recently and had some issues with the apartment right away, but all the issues were addressed very quickly. John from maintenance came through and did an amazing job fixing everything. he was thorough, communicative and very friendly! We enjoy living here! Not sure why there are bad reviews because all our neighbors love it too..? Management fixed the gate which we are so happy about - I feel better about that as Tacoma crime is crazy. They also had the property painted and it looks sooooo nice. During the summer having the big back lawn area open to use with the kids, it's great. Wonderful affordable apartments in North Tacoma. If they have apartments for rent and you are looking, call them and move on it!
