I switched over to Lawn Tech for my trees/shrubs at the beginning of the year . I loved their knowledge, process and results so I switched over my lawn treatments as well. I have always taken pride in my lawn and it has always looked good. That said, they are 3 applications in on my lawn and have done an aeration. Today they applied two different fungicides as all the rain has caused Gray leaf spot in my new St Aug sod and red thread in my zoysia. Other services I've used may have ignored that. Lawn Tech seemed professional to begin with. They were mixed up with their scheduling and the tech showed up 2 days earlier than the text I received stated. After they completed the aeration of my lawn, I noticed that the sprinkler line had been damaged by the aerator. I contacted the company and was told that they only cover damage to sprinkler heads. They know that their service damaged my property and did nothing to remedy the situation.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff! Our lawn looks better than ever! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a lawn care company.
