Poor customer service. Charged me for services that I thought were part of the program without my consent. Manager cooper, was extremely rude.
This company and individual in particular are very pleasant and easy to work with. He is always letting me know exactly what and why and what I need to do next like water the chemicals in or whatever. Price is very fair and competitive. I was going to try different companies to see who was best but I am so pleased with this one I know I couldn't fine one I like more well unless they brought snacks and gifts but that might be asking too much. :-)

The previous application was not so good, but once my regular tech came today I believe the problem has been corrected. The previous tech did a poor job of coverage on the lawn, and it never looked great. I could hardly see the fertilizer pellets on the side walk or driveway. When my present tech (Ken) did the application there was sufficient fertilizer pellets on both areas and I could also see them in the grass. I have only had the first treatment, but the lawn is growing by leaps and bounds, weeds are disappearing. SO far, very good.
