I switched over to Lawn Tech for my trees/shrubs at the beginning of the year . I loved their knowledge, process and results so I switched over my lawn treatments as well. I have always taken pride in my lawn and it has always looked good. That said, they are 3 applications in on my lawn and have done an aeration. Today they applied two different fungicides as all the rain has caused Gray leaf spot in my new St Aug sod and red thread in my zoysia. Other services I've used may have ignored that. Lawn Tech seemed professional to begin with. They were mixed up with their scheduling and the tech showed up 2 days earlier than the text I received stated. After they completed the aeration of my lawn, I noticed that the sprinkler line had been damaged by the aerator. I contacted the company and was told that they only cover damage to sprinkler heads. They know that their service damaged my property and did nothing to remedy the situation.
Poor customer service. Charged me for services that I thought were part of the program without my consent. Manager cooper, was extremely rude.
This company and individual in particular are very pleasant and easy to work with. He is always letting me know exactly what and why and what I need to do next like water the chemicals in or whatever. Price is very fair and competitive. I was going to try different companies to see who was best but I am so pleased with this one I know I couldn't fine one I like more well unless they brought snacks and gifts but that might be asking too much. :-)

The previous application was not so good, but once my regular tech came today I believe the problem has been corrected. The previous tech did a poor job of coverage on the lawn, and it never looked great. I could hardly see the fertilizer pellets on the side walk or driveway. When my present tech (Ken) did the application there was sufficient fertilizer pellets on both areas and I could also see them in the grass. Totally believe the tech last time was just hurrying to get the job done. I have used Lawn Tech for the last 4 y... read more
