Not sure of the recommendation yet. First treatment was outside the 5 business days that is on the contract. I had to initiate contact with them but the first service seemed fine. They have yet to really impress.

It did take us 8 business days instead of the usual 5 due to excessive wind and wet weather during that time. The confirmation merely states we usually make it out for the first application within 5 business days. Many companies would have continued to come out despite the adverse weather conditions.

The tech who came out explained everything he was doing that day, and was very nice. He answered all my questions and left a printed summary of all work, now and in the future
