Hired lawn rangers to replace two retaining walls. They accepted payment for materials and then took 16 months to finish only half of the work. Offered to refund some money if we let them out of the contract, which we did, and they never refunded the money. Took them to court last year and obtained a judgement, which still hasn't been paid. If you are considering hiring lawn rangers, do some research first on how many times he has had issues with judgments.
CHECK WI CCAP before you contract with this guy. Many have sued him and he does not pay off. There is a chance he will do it to you
