The company Lawn Ranger was sold near the end of 2018 mowing season. The NEW OWNER does not seam to care about his customers or the business. NEW OWNER ignores phone calls, does crummy work, and ruined what was a good company with a good reputation. Old Lawn Ranger took care of it's customers. The NEW OWNERS will not last a year.
Will NOT be using again. Unprofessional, no communication with homeowner about job change. Left job unfinished with no advance warning to client. Used to be a reputable local company, but seems customer service has gone extremely downhill. (New management?) Better, more customer friendly lawn services out there.
This is the 1st review I have ever posted on line about a company and I felt it dire I post one regarding Lawn Ranger. They are by no means deserving of the rating they currently have and I do not even think they deserve one star (but I had to give that rating to proceed). When searching for a reliable company I do peruse ratings on line which is how I came about this company. Prompt and thorough. Consistent. Excellent follow up. I use Lawn Rangers and am pleased with their work! I highly recommend them!
