Lawn Pros Sprinkler Repair tech was late for my appointment to get my Sprinkler System Repaired but he called me and informed me of his situation. He did a great job. So happy for the call, most service companies do not value their customer’s time. Their office also called me and explained to me the job before mine took the Sprinkler tech a it longer and kept me informed.
With the terrible experience I have had hiring contractors to do various jobs around the house lately, I have become very picky, unprofessional conduct or any kind of rudeness- your out. Cant answer simple questions - your out. Outrageous prices without shoeing me what I’m getting for my money - I’m not going to bother to ask where those costs are coming from, you're out. After a nightmare experience with another Sprinkler Repair Company, I was determined to "find the best" this time around. I saw this place had 28 5-star ratings on Google & decided they were the ones to call! We had them replace my manifold. From scheduling to installation, they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Lawn Pros was great! I also a Lawn Aeration now my Lawn is Green and lush. I would recommend their Sprinkler Services to any of my friends or family!
