fast, professional service
Very nice and right on top of hings. Haven't seen the yard as I'm out of state but service was excellent over the phone.
We just started using Lawn Mowgul, and they are doing a great job with our lawn maintenance and they installed some sod.
These guys were great! They weeded my flower beds and disposed of my leaves. They were efficient and expediant.

I don't have a sprinkler system and therefore there was not to be any warranty on the sod, however I noticed about 10 to 12 squares that were not showing any signs of life. I called and spoke with the Customer Service Manager, Brian, and they replaced them for me. We are redoing the backyard and will be contacting them for sod when we are ready.
They did a good job at first - but their service has steadily gone downhill. I have had some very large expensive projects done - and they dump their guys here with what appears to be incomplete instructions. While installing a full yard of sod, THE piece of equipment stopped working, they had no tools and could not locate the supervisor. Watching $1,000 of grass dry and die, I located some tools so that they could be fixed. A project just this spring was left half finished.
