Never Again The Lawnmower Shop of Bound Brook, NJ is one of the poorest run small businesses I have ever experienced in Central New Jersey. The employees are rude and not very knowledgeable regarding the products and services they provide. I've often found myself waiting over 15-20 minutes for a simple answer to a question regarding pricing or inventory. The work that I've had done there is never completed on time. That Was NOT a fair review!! They are the BEST I have been dealing with this place for years now... They are so polite and quick. They come to my house and pick up my mower for a very fair price and have it repaired or yearly serviced fast. I wouldn't take my mower ANYWHERE else no matter where I got it from. My neighbors love Bound Brook Mowers as well.
Horrible service and outrageous prices�?�.. That first review must have been written by someone who work at the Lawnmower Shop, because giving this place 5 stars is very dishonest. First of all the young workers at the counter of this shop are incredibly rude. Worst service, year over year I have a troy-bilt mower that I purchased through Lowes. It has not been the most reliable by far (thanks Consumer Reports), and it has need needed server every year. I bought an extended warranty through Lowes and the service center is the Lawn Mower Shop in Bound Brook. Every year, without fail, the Lawn Mower Shop does NOT respond to the calls or faxes from Lowes Service. It is only when I call and complain that they send someone out.
