So rude!!! Scoffed at me when I asked if they serve Galena OH and then said “uh if you bring it to me but I’m not going to Galena!” I asked because the website said pickup was available. I’m shocked by that guy’s response and will definitely never call him again for service. It must just be some guy because he answered the phone “hello” rather than the business name so that was confusing too. Yikes.
