Took 3 times for a pro to show up. Once arrived, cut the front yard but not the back. Didn’t edge. The company customer care did their best to try to coordinate better lawn care, but in the end, the local providers didn’t do the job.

I ordered this service to have my yard cleaned up from the fall leaves my appointment was scheduled on 10/31.I had to call this provider 4 times to figure out where the lawn professional was and when he was going to arrive on site. finally at 10pm, I get a email notification indicating that the provider is on my property. I go to check of course the lawn professional is not there. I called the service and told them I just got an email that the lawn provider was on my property but they're not, plus it was 10pm. Did a very bad job on my lawn and so expensive $210 per month price started out at 100 a month and went to $209 had unskilled lawn care people doing my yard weeds left all over the place certian spots not done donr use this service find someone else.
