Jordan Bovinway-Unless you have actual proof—like photos—your complaints and reviews don’t mean much. Their jobs are based on a contract. If picking up trash left by others or cleaning up clippings isn’t in that contract, it’s not their responsibility. That’s on the property owner. The weather has made lawn care harder lately, and despite that, they’ve done solid work everywhere I’ve seen—especially on my properties.
