CLOSED PERMANENTLY I have been a customer for several years. They apply my fertilizer and weed care, and winterize my sprinklers. This year I called to make sure they have me on the list to blow out my sprinkler system and they said “yes”. We waited for a week and called back. They never answered their phone. Left several messages and no call back. Left them a email message and still no reply. Waited 3 weeks and left multiple messages and they NEVER called me back. I bought Lawn Keeper full package for 2021, weed and feed for the lawn and spraying for bugs, they missed 4 applications of the full package, they didn't bother to call on any of the missed applications! I called and said I wanted to be reimbursed for the missed applications and they said they would, to this date 11.25.2021, I have not heard anything from Lawn Keeper, they are not answering any of there phones/calls, there voicemail is plugged up. I will never use them again.
They did good work
They do good work when they answer the phone. Mailbox is full, message left and they do not answer, what the hell. Likely will change lawn care next year.
All the people that have left good reviews in the last two years are friends or family of Zach the owner
