Serenity was wonderful to my family as we laid my dad to rest. Rhea was so kind and helpful. They made the progress as smooth as possible. My father looked wonderful as he was laid to rest. Thank you Serenity Only 5 weeks after losing our daddy, we lost our momma. Once again, they went above and beyond for us. Made my momma look so beautiful.
I was happy with everything but two things for my father in law was they had make up all over his shirt and also instead of keep his followers nice and good they jus took them apart thru them on his grave
We dropped off 3 expensive dresses for a family member to be buried in (for them to choose one to use) and when the 2 that weren’t used were to be picked up by my mother, they claimed they put them in the casket with her and buried them. Out of the 3 dresses she brought (all 3 had tags and some were well over $375) they used the cheapest dress on her � Apparently this place steals from dead people. I have never in my life!
After seeing the last review I’m leaving my review. You throwing extra things inside the casket for burial is completely unethical and horrible. I hope people think twice about using you for their loved ones.
I would like to thank Serenity /Lawn Haven for keeping my family gravesite cut and clean at all times.This past Mother’s Day my family and l went out to lay flowers down for my Mom and Sisters and two of the Guys of our passing out cold bottles of water, which l thought was really kind of them and told me lol if ever needed anything don’t hesitate to call them. This place doesn’t make it easy on you if you lose a loved one, especially if you don’t choose to do EVERYTHING with them. Between, trying to confuse us with different prices over the phone when we considered the services with them to now months later after my mother’s death charging my father more money to bury a hole in the ground and a vault (the burial was in October might i add).
