Left a bill at beginning of season saying ********** was applied. No sign was placed and no fertilizer was observed. I have been continually harassed for payment.
Lawn Doctor provides excellent lawn service. Crew members are professional, respectful, and timely. Owners respond to requests and concerns in a timely manner. When irrigation timer unit needed program change, it was done at no extra cost.

Lawn Doctor customer service is terrible. I call three times about weeds that was left in my yard after 4 years of service. When I called and the person I spoke with was very rude. on the third call **** was just as rude as the other lady that I spoke with. I believe her name is *****. When I told **** to cancel my service he said I can do that for you. Not, I am sorry, how can we make it right. nothing like that. If you are thinking about hiring them, DON'T!!!Date of experience: April 19, 2023

I have been charged for the lawn treatment of a known and documented area of my lawn and on at least 5 occasions I have brought it to their attention that they have not treated the entire designated areas. Sometimes they send someone back out but lately, not only do they not call me back when they promised to do so, but they also never send anyone out to rectify their mistakes. Then they had the nerve to send me a new service agreement bragging about how great they were and how attentive they are. The agreement did state $0 ... read more
Avoid this company and hire a real professional company, they do not live up to their standards by the name. They came out to my home and sprayed their watered-down chemicals on my yard to prevent weed control and fertilizer. My weeds grew even more after the treatment and my yard looked even worse when they left a week later. I called to inform them that I needed them to come out to spray a month later and they refused to come back until my next appointment.
